Serena is a supervising tax agent at Hamilton Reid Tax Advisors Pty Ltd, bringing over a decade of experience in public practice. Her expertise encompasses tax compliance, tax minimization strategies, and providing structural and business advice across various industries, including property development and investment, retail, medical practice, hospitalities, construction, pharmaceutical, dental and veterinary etc. 

She believes that accountants are more than just number-crunchers; they are vital advisers and strategists for business leaders and clients. Serena is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals by offering the financial, tax, and advisory services required at each stage of their journey. 

She provides tailored solutions for small to medium sized businesses and high-income earners. Serena is an Australian Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and Registered Tax Agent with Master degree of accounting and finance. She is also fluent in Mandrin and Cantonese.

Serena is married with two children. Outside of work, Serena enjoys playing tennis, travelling and spending time with her family.
